Hi, I received the following SMS offer from PM.
"Public Mobile here. We've got a great deal for you. Reply YES to get a 4G 2GB plan for only $19/month.
Hurry, offer ends May 5th.
This offer will be added to your account and will take effect on your next renewal date.
Conditions apply. Reply STOP or visit publicmobile.ca/sl/tPHkhyN7pw if you no longer wish to hear about Public Mobile offers."
I replied "Yes" a few times on May 4th, but got this reply each time: "Sorry, we didn't catch that. Please visit the Public Mobile app or My Account online at http://myaccount.publicmobile.ca to view more subscription plans and offers."
How can I get this offer?

@RL72 , I have accepted these text offers a couple of times. I find that there is a bit of a delay in seeing the update being made to the account. In all instances, I had no issues with the offer being applied. Perhaps wait a day or two before reaching out to support.

take screenshot of that text and the error reply
then ask PM to help to manually change to the plan for you.
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
