As above mentioned, just switch to this 60gB deal but now no data at all. Tried Al trouble shooting still no luck. Please let me know how to get customer service at PM. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried rebooting your phone? Maybe try resetting network settings.

have you tried removing sim… then reinstall it ? ( this suggestion win’t work if using esim)
added… if that fails you can message Customer Support by clicking the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start that process.
