US roaming talk and text

Question, when buying US roaming talk and text bundle for $15. How many minutes in USA will be available for me? Is it unlimited?

my phone is iPhone 8 iOS 16.7.11 which is on the list thankfully. 
now my wife’s phone is Samsung Galaxy A5 is not on the list (can’t find it anyway). I thought it is a newer phone so I am surprised is not on the list, unless I am mistaken. 
we are going to USA IN a couple of weeks. Do you suggest I do NOT buy US roaming for her then?

If your phone is not listed on the whitefish to work in the USA. You can connect to T-Mobile if available in the area you are located. You can use 2G.

basically unlimited minutes for that 15 days

but what phone do you have?  US has no more 3G network , you need to use VoLTE for voice, but only selected models of phone can use VoLTE. 

this are the phone that will work with VoLTE.  Any phones on the list and the newer generations of those on the list
