Hello,
I was transferring from Public mobile to lucky mobile.
When I put in Lucky mobile SIM card to my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone, the screen says 'SIM network unlock PIN' should be entered for 'UNLOCK'.
As soon as I transferred to Lucky mobile, I lost my account for Public Mobile.
Now, I can't use neither carries.
How can I get the unlock PIN asap?
Thanks,

It's not working with the Lucky sim. Did you mean PM? It was questioned whether it was locked to PM or Telus since it was working on PM. Would a PM sim work in a Telus-locked phone if that was the case, and can PM unlock it for any Telus company, or would it have to be Telus to give the unlock code?
My apologies. You're right that the phone wasn't working at Lucky. I Ironically, I had it right a few minutes earlier. For some reason, I typed in the wrong carrier name.
Yes, Public Mobile can provide the Telus unlock code.

Thank you! I clicked the suggested link and was able to communicate with a PM agent that provided me with a number for a Samsung agent who finally got me an unlock code that successfully unlocked the Samsung phone! Thank you very much and have a great day!

Before I read your comment, I was able to get an unlock code from Samsung, so it's unlocked now. However, I will keep the path you advised so that I can try that next time I face the same issue. Thank you! and have a good day!

In this case, that doesn't need to be checked. A device asking for the SIM Network Unlock PIN always means that it's locked to a different carrier. As it has been established that a Lucky Public SIM was used in it before, the phone is locked to Bell Telus.

You will need to contact Lucky if it is the PIN for your Lucky SIM.
If it is the PIN for the phone, you will need to contact the carrier you purchased the phone from.

You will need to get a Public Mobile customer support agent to provide the phone's unlcok code. Please use the chatobt to open a ticket. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
