Today, I purchased a Public Mobile card for $20 from 7/Eleven, but when I tried to add it to my phone, I encountered an error stating that the PIN number is invalid. Despite seeking assistance from the 7/Eleven worker, I was told that they are unable to provide a refund or resolve the issue. I am currently out of province/State, and considering it's Sunday, I wonder if that could be the cause of the problem. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

There's sometime a delay from the time o that the voucher is purchased to the time that voucher is considered valid.  Please try again in a few hours.

make certain you got a Public Mobile voucher and not Telus or some other.

added...there's a 12 digit pin code. Also...some vouchers aren't "activated" until several hours after they're sold.

I assume you're speaking of a voucher? If so, the PIN code is on it. If it keeps rejecting the PIN code, then please reach out to a CS Agent for help.
