MY sim card got damaged and I need to replace it. Can I do so and still keep my old number and same public mobile account. If so how do I go about this. Thanks for your help.

I bought one from Amazon for $4.99+. It came like the next day. Then sign onto your account, go to Profile and change the SIM card number there. You will keep same pone number.
If you cannot change it yourself, ask PM to change it for you.

Yes you can do it.
Get new SIM and then go to Profile and there you can do this:
- Change phone number
- Change SIM number
- Transfer Phone Number
Everything else will stay the same: your account, plan, etc.
