I need to cancel the transfer . It is my daughter's phone number. I transferred my own yesterday and my daughter's today on the same app. Now I see my daughter's number on my phone number. I didn't realize it would do that. Please cancel the transfer, I don't want to lose my phone number.

@gulinyilmaz - We are only community members, customers just like you, with no access to Public Mobile's internal systems. We can refer to actual people if needed and help out, but here is the point.
As long as you've said YES to the text from your previous provider, the number is replaced - which means your number is gone from PM system and can be taken by someone after 90 days of the number replacement.
BUT don't get too worried JUST yet. Contact your old provider to where you've gotten your number, Don't know? Just enter in your number (i.e. your phone number is (368) - 000) you put in the Area code plus the middle code in your number and contact the main provider. Find the link here: https://cnac.ca/co_codes/co_code_lookup.htm If they said that it is not in their pool, just try to contact Public Mobile support. Also don't forget to contact PM support if your phone number originated from one of four TELUS subsidiaries: TELUS, Koodo, Public, or MIKE. You can contact PM support as it is the easiest:
