How do I correct the wrong IMEI number provided while setting up.

Need help ASAP

Hi @Handy1 could you please send that number to me as well - I chose to enter my IMEI number instead of my account number this morning during the port in, and need to change that.

Are you porting over a number to Public Mobile? If not, you can reach a CS Agent to correct it by this link.

They will message you in the top right corner.

@Andrew3377  Its best not to use the IMEI just the account number , no worries I’ll send you the porting team phone number private message and just give them the old providers account number and they can re trigger the port request for you
