Why when I come to login to my account is there no proper e-mail prompt of my chosen e-mail address? it always shows when clicking in empty bar or manage e-mail my alternate e-mail. I tried to fix it at profile and at eversafe manage but to no avail. Can anything be done to fix this? Yours truly, Dana.

As you come to log in page this should always be there:

If it is messed up maybe you have saved ID/pass in your browser and your browser (on computer) is messing it up. Do not save ID/pass in your browser, ever. Use independent ID/pass program/app to handle your log in credentials.

you meant the auto fill-in credential feature? it is a browser issue. Are you using Edge browser? Edge on desktop seems to have that issue. Chrome works fine
