Hello,
I’m currently an existing Public Mobile customer on the $29/month US & Canada 10GB plan. I recently noticed the promotion offering 60GB with US, Mexico, and Canada coverage for $20/month, and I was very interested in this plan.
I understand that this promotion may be intended for new activations only. However, I wanted to ask if there is any possibility for an existing customer like myself to switch to this plan, or if an exception could be considered.
I genuinely enjoy using Public Mobile and would love to continue staying with the service long-term. Even if this plan could be offered for a limited time (for example, up to two years), I would be more than happy with that arrangement.
I would really appreciate it if you could let me know whether there are any options available, or if there is someone I could speak with regarding customer retention or loyalty plans.

login to My Account, go to Change subscription page. if you see the offer there, the you can change to it. If not, then sorry, no, you cannot. All customers an only change to plans available there, no exception

you ONLY option is to log in to your account and view the plans that are available to you. Those offers you speak of are usually only intended for new activations...sorry.
