Promotion of 3GB of data for $21

Hi,  

I got a txt msg that states " Get 3GB of data at 4G  speeds of up to 100mbps for only $21 /month".    There is no other detail regarding minutes/txt .   Is this a monthly data add-on with my current subcription plan  or it's a new plan that would replace my existing plan.   Are there any minutes/txts included if it's a  subcription plan.

• It's the plan offed to new customers.  A few old customer get the offer normally on lower paying plans. It's a new plan to replace your old one

It is a new plan replacing your existing plan.  Including the  unlimited Canada minute calling and international texting (like other PM plans)

Did you respond "yes" to the text if interested?  There is a expiry date to the promotion.  

YMMV.  Some customers who responded yes the the initial text, after 3 days, in the PM app are able to switch the future change plan to the 90 day version $57 for 9GB data version (ie. $19/month).
