Promotion 5G 60GB CAN-US plan for $50/month on a 90-day subscription

Hi I want to take advantage of a current promotion as mentioned in the subject line, but there is no option to select this when I "change subscription".  The promotion expires Oct 23.  Can someone help me?  Thank you.

@Susan-AW , I am seeing it available in my account.  Make sure to use incognito mode on the browser and view all plans.

Make sure that you have view all plans selected at the top:

Do know that the $50 promo is for a 90 day subscription so when you find the 60GB Can-US plan it will initially show the price as $65 on the list. Although I was only able to find it on the list as offering the 90 day for $55 currently for existing customers, @J_PM  confirmed in the announcement thread that this offer is for everyone.

When you sign up for a 90 Day subscription with this plan you will pay $150 + taxes up front ($50 a month before tax).

You’ll most likely have to message customer service to apply this plan for you if you are unable to get it to show up in the self-serve when you try and change your plan.

Indeed, @Susan-AW , some promotions are only for new customers and others can be attained by existing customers.

Make sure to read the fine print of each offer.  If it is not showing in your plan change page, you can ask the customer support agents to apply it on the next renewal, if available.
