Promo sent to me regard to a new SIM card

I ordered a SIM card which was late. Then I received an email that gave me 5 GB to be added onto a plan over $25. So when I activated my account it should have been added with the promo code.

HI @KCart   So, that was a compensation for the long wait?  That is not bad.  

Just wait 72 hours.  Here usually promotion are added within 72 hours.  But since it is a special offer, it is possible they missed it.  So, if nothing after 72 hours, just open ticket with CS agent

How long did your sim card take? Taking an informal poll as the wait times seem to just be getting longer

If you forgot to add the promo code ask customer support to add it for you.....unless the promo was from Canadian Cell Supplies then it will be added usually right away under the add ons section at the bottom left of your overview page. But it may take up to 72 hours to appear.

If you did not enter the promo code during the activation, get a hold of customer support with the promotion details. 

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Give it 72 hours to be applied...usually not that long though.
