Didn't make calls?

My statement history says that I made two short calls to the same phone number. I looked up the number and it says it is a spam number.  My phone does not show that I have called this number. Any ideas?

 @PhoneJack : Did the number end in something like 4001? If so then that is the voicemail access number. Someone called you and it went to voicemail.
