Texting YES or SUBSCRIBE may do it but to be absolutely sure you get them re-enabled you need to contact customer support. Click on SIMon at the bottom of your page to submit a support ticket or if he gives you the runaround you can send a private message.

Can you try sending a text to that number that says "start" or "subscribe" or something like that? It may (?) work.
