If you don't have access to a desktop or laptop computer or access to your email to recieve the 2FA verification code you will need to contact customer support to perform the Sim swap for you. Submit a ticket by clicking on SIMon at the bottom of the page or if SIMon isn't playing nice send a private message by clicking below.....

@shawn_strachan just one more note, for sim card change, you need to login My Account using ONLY desktop or laptop computer. That part of the site does not work if you use mobile phone or tablet

Please log into your Self Serve account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca. From there, go to the Profile area. The optino to change your SIM card is there.
On a side note, you don't want to "activate" your SIM card using the Activate button at the top of the main website. That will open a brand new Public Mobile account.
