@LAS1 - receiving an email you are no longer a customer..Hum? My brain goes to sim swap fraud, if your account has not been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, but maybe this is not the case.
Are you a new customer or have you been one for some time now?
Are you able to log into your My Account or call 611 from your public mobile device to check the status?

When was the last time you made a payment? If more than 90 days…say goodbye to your account and number.

Have you been suspended for no payment? If yes, for how long?

HI @LAS1 How long you have not pay your PM service?
If it has been over 90 days, then yes, your account would have been closed
If you missed by couple days, maybe there are something CS agent can do.
But if it has been long, then sorry, they won't be able to help
And if your number was ported into PM , then the number would also be returned back to the original provider you got the number from

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Contact a Customer Support Agent (publicmobile.ca)
maybe them can get back your number to activated new line.

@LAS1 hi has it been more then 90 days since your account was suspended ? if so your account is permanently closed
