I have have phone with Public mobile. I disconnected that 2 months back. I want to restart again but I forgot my email as they misspell it at that time I registered.
can you plz help me with that .

HI @Varsha76 if it is within 2 months, you should be good to come back
Call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your phone number. If the recording can find your number, you are good
To get access back to My Account, did you try to sue Reset Password there? Enter your email address used. You can try all your email address and one of them should work
If that doesn't help,open ticket with CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@Varsha76 - If within 90 days -
and if you did register with a self serve at that time with an incorrect email, you can still log into your account if you remember the password.
If you did not register for a self serve account, you can make a payment via a voucher to reactivate your account.

See @MrSpock's post to have your email corrected with CSA, and if you have any issue restarting or accessing your account.

@Varsha76 hi if your account has been suspended more then 90 days it is closed permanently if it is less, contact a cs agent to change your email for you
