I’m having trouble submitting a ticket to get the PUK code to unlock the SIN PIN. Could you please help me to deal with it? Thank you so much!

look like this is a sim card pin lock issue, support can help:
If the message is “PIN unlock key (PUK)” or "Enter PUK Your SIM Card, SIM cannot be accessed" or on an iPhone's status bar showing "Locked SIM"

It's iPhone. The exact message that I received was "Your SIM cannot be accessed. Please call your carrier to obtain your PUK code." I tried to call the carrier but failed that's why I have to get help from this platform.

What is the exact message the phone is saying? There are different ones that need different responses. Is the phone a Samsung?
