I always had great experience, i got a reply maybe within an hour, couple messages back and forth and all issue resolved in 2 or 3 hours

After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

usually within 2 to 4 hours.
if you waited longer than 4 hours already, message them again for update
