I've spent today porting my number from Public Mobile. And did not achieve any result.
As I understand it, the receiving operator sends a request to the PM, which must be responded to within 90 minutes.
The receiving operator did this two times today. Public Mobile never reacted.
I opened a ticket, but ... Considering how our support team works (48 hours for a response), do I have any chance of leaving Public Mobile?
