Hi,
I've been trying to buy a plan with you guys and they keep telling me there's a payment error with my credit card. My credit card is fine, I even checked my account and everything. The information is also correct I triple checked. I was wondering what I have to do to finish my subscription?

Do you have an old or previous Postal Code, if so try using it instead of your current one when entering your card details.
Low chances of success, but sometimes this works.

Not supposed to. It was renovated but it was there before.

It's a Canadian one linked to a Canadian address. Still hasn't worked. I'll try tomorrow and if it doesn't work I'll try a new one. Thank you.

what kind of credit card is that? a Canadian or US card linked to a Canada address?

But the payment could be tricky, so, you might need another card instead
