After paying for a Public Mobile plan, and completing my request to transfer my existing cell phone from Koodo Mobile, I was immediately informed that there was a problem and the transfer was unable to be made.
I am unable to find a solution using the robotic chat.
I am unable to create a support ticket because the "SUBMIT TICKET" button is always greyed out.
My existing Koodo Mobile account has two different cell phones attached to it, (mine and my wife's) and it is not a prepaid account. I want to transfer both phones to Public Mobile.
Any new ideas or tips that the chat has not already suggested?
