Hello, my 3 friends just purchased a new PM simcard and ported their old Koodo number to PM but until now they don't have signal on their phones, it's been 12hrs since it was ported and receive the confirmation text from Koodo to port their number but it still doesn't have a signal.
They have been restarting their phones but they still doesn't have signal and can not call.
Can somebody help us? Thanks

please ask them to reboot the phone and try Reset network settings
if same, then they will need to create a community login and message support themselves
