Hi, my services are currently stuck in limbo. This morning I switched from public mobile to koodo and a koodo rep was helping me with the porting process. I received the text message asking me if I wanted to port over to koodo and I responded with "yes". After that, my network with public mobile went to "SOS" status. I put in the new sim card with koodo and that porting process has some issues and I am also in "SOS" status with Koodo. Koodo is asking me to contact public mobile to reactivate my account so they could request the porting process again. Is that possible? thank you for the help

@Awonger as your PM sim is no longer functioning, the port was completed
Your Koodo sim isnot working, it is a provisioning issue on Koodo side. Please contact Koodo support and ask them to reprovision your Koodo sim
