Hi,

I presently have the old $15 plan. If I switch to the new and better $15 plan will I lose my data add on that I received as a gift from PM. Thanks

@umnikke8 they won't be "delete" , they will show up as Incompatible data.  It means it will stay there until you change to a non-unlimited data and at that time the those data bonus can be accessed again

With one exception I believe. If you switch to a plan with "unlimited" data all data add-ons are deleted.

data add-ons recieved from previous Holiday freebie will stay on your account even if you upgrade to better plan.

no worries, all the old bonus data will stay.  I changed to the new one and I lost nothing

go ahead and get the new $15 , use Change on Renewal to schedule the plan change
