Hey Community,
I recently changed my old $15 plan to new $15 plan and paid on June 15, my rewards points of 0.75 not credited yet, I sent a private message to CS agent regarding this matter, the CS wanted following information to authenticate. Is this normal?
* Your full name
*address with postal code
*the last 4 digits of the Credit Card registered on the account
*rate plan
*SIM card number (19 digits)
*email address

Customers are to be using the chatbot open tickets whenever possible. Not only is the above a security vulnerability, but it actually guarantees that the response will take longer.

In the future, please always use the chatbot to open tickets. The ticketing process there takes care of these security precautions and tickets open through this method are given a higher priority.

Your 0.75 points will be added after your renewal date and not sooner. So login to your account and see when your current plan will be renewed for July.

Agent will ask you to provide from 2 to many more personal info to confirm you are who you are claiming to be.
In case somebody got hold of your log in credentials and tries to screw up your account... Some people have password manager (from browser) for faster log in and if computer gets into wrong hands... good luck then...
NEVER use browser's 'password manager'.
