Hi Community,
I just moved outside Canada and will probably never return there, so I have to cancel my public mobile subscription. However, when I tried to log in to my account, I could not pass the two-step authentication because I could not receive text messages outside Canada with my public mobile number.
Plz suggest what I can do at this point.

you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
if the Send email option is not there, then you will have to ask support to help. Please message them here
