Primary and secondary phone numbers

Why is the phone number on my account (my phone’s number) indicated as the secondary number when I make a call?

If your phone is dual sim or esim compatible you'll likely find that there are two sim numbers associated with your device. Are you using iphone or android?

Is your phone dual eSIM or SIM & eSIM?

You might have forgotten to delete the local eSIM when you returned from your travel abroad.

Do you have two different SIMs in your phone? You can change the labels for each line in the Settings app.

@BigKahuna you can update the alternate number to anything, but does not matter.  I never see PM uses that to call me
