Hello,
I've switched from BellMTS to Public Mobile last month and I phoned BellMTS and my account there is still active. Have I skipped a step? Can you cancel my account there?

HOW do you know you switched from Bell to PM?
Does calls/sms to your Bell number go to your phone with PM SIM in it?
What number people see when YOU call them?
is BellMTS land line or mobile provider? Transferring number from land line is slightly different than mobile to mobile.

@Angelika_Unruh Did you not leave the old bell SIM card in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to transfer the number ? I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they ca re trigger the port request for you .once successfully transferred it should automatically close the bell account . If you didn’t port a number over then you have to get bell to cancel the account
