I tried to change my payment option. I changed the card # etc. and they prescribed me again? What dod I do now?

The request is unclear but my take
You had a credit card on file that needs to be changed (expired etc?)
When you attempt to add the new card the authorization is failed and it still shows your old credit card as preauth?
(I know in past years Public had issues with specific credit card brands, as well when using a virtual credit card you can have them disabled/paused; in this scenario even if its not payment due date the card will fail check)
OR
Is this you want to pay manually? (aka no credit card on file and purchase payment vouchers etc?)

Let me see if I can decode this. You changed your credit card number on your account... yes? And you want the payment to come out so you can subscribe again?
