I've been trying to buy a pre-owned phone for the last 2 days. Whenever I add a phone to my cart the website keeps adding additional SIM cards and there's no way to stop it or remove the additional itms. It just keeps going seemingly forever.

issue is now resolved, you can go back and buy your phone.
If you have something in your cart already, change them all to 0 quantity, click update and then re-buy again

@Chrissyrioux12 I actually try that but didn't work for me. It depends on the timing. Sometimes, when I stop, the update button is not even enabled. Sometimes when I stop it, update the quality, click on it, no response. So, it really depends on where on the loop it stops when you click it. So far, I don't have any success at all
But good tips and worth to trip if they really need the CPO quick.

@Chrissyrioux12 , good catch! You have to be very quick to do it while the page repeatedly jumps around! 🤣 Or at least my hands & eyes are very very slow so unfortunately I wasn’t able to do it! I felt like a cat trying to catch it! 🤣
While squinting my eyes in all the page jumping, I noticed this time when I tried that not only does it add the $10 bonus SIM card repeatedly but also adds the $5 SIM card to! I wonder if in their maintenance to add the $5 SIM card to the site not fixing to replace the bonus SIM card is part of the many glitches!

Do you see charge for that SIM card?
Every phone should come with one free SIM... so maybe that is what you see?
