The system will not register my postal code as a postal code therefore it doesn't match the billing postal code... what do I do? How can I get my postal code into the system?

are you living in a new area? can Google search your address and return the postal code?
If you are in new area, the lookup would not work 😞 The only way to get around is to buy a prepaid visa card from store, then use the prepaid visa to activate, which you can put any valid address and postal code
After activation, you should be able to change back to regular credit card and your own postal code (at that time, system should not try to match address anymore)

Did you try login to your account and changing in the Profile section?
