Account #1 I have already been billed and payment taken out for this months billing cycle through auto pay. Will i be charged again next month in september on the 20th since the account is now closed. I am no longer with public mobile as of August 28
Account #2 The second account is also ported to a new provider and the new billing cycle starts August 31 2023. I want to know if ill be charged money automatically for upcoming payments as i am no longer public mobile customer.

If you port out before a couple of days before your renewal date. You shouldn’t be charge for the following month.
Don’t wait until the last day just encase there are issues with porting out.
Remember PM is a 30 days cycle not monthly cycle.

@RS7 If you successfully ported out your number from PM that will automatically close your PM account and you shouldn’t be charged again . You can also contact support and ask them to remove the credit card info on file immediately also
