Possibility for a refund or reimbursement for a SIM card?

Hi all,

I ordered a SIM card and a plan on this very website yesterday. The problem is that it is going to take a while for the SIM card to arrive. So, I want to just get the SIM card at a nearby offline place in my city.
If I do that, do I have a way to get a refund or some sort of reimbursement for the SIM card that I ordered here? 

I still would like to keep the plan. It is just the SIM that I wanna get somewhere else.

Chance slim if it is already sent out but worth a try and contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent and explain.
