HI @Vpuliche   have you activated on Koodo yet?

 

If not, activate and request port at the same time

 

if you already activated, call Koodo support and ask them help it out.  They have call centre and they can help 🙂

A Koodo booth will be able to do this as part of your activation.

 

If you're going to koodo prepaid, they may have to initiate after activating.

You have to initiate porting at Koodo side. Leave PM SIM in a phone and reply Yes within 90 min when you get SMS from PM.

Both account have to be active.

@Vpuliche   this is not something you initiate on this end

 

you need to get a new Koodo account, then request porting from there

 

but you have to login My Account and get the account number from the Profile page.  You will need to provide the account number to Koodo for the porting info
