So both my sister and father have activated their SIM cards on Public Mobile last Thursday (17th)

Both are having the same issue with 'partial port'

They both can make calls but CAN'T Receive calls....

I have messaged multiple MODs with the proper information for both their accounts, but still have had 0 response.

What kind of wait time can we actually be expecting before this is actually resolved?!

Good news - both ports have been completed! Your as of yesterday and your sisters, as of today 🙂

Unfortunately you'll have to be patient because they are dealing with a high volume of activation requests and porting requests. They'll eventually get to you. It's well worth the wait, I promise 🙂
