I have a problem with porting a number from Bell to Public Mobile. I opened the account yesterday and followed the instructions to transfer my phone number to PM. Bell still shows up as my provider in my phone. I called Bell and they said that they have not received the porting request. What do I do now? Thank you!

It could be an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
