Currently my phone number is in limbo. I was in the process of porting my number from Telus to PM. I had entered my porting number, account number and PM SIM#. I submitted the porting request but did not see the message until after the 90 minutes limit. Now I can only make calls from my Telus SIM phone and not my PM SIM phone. Neither can send or receive texts.
How do I request PM send the porting request again so I can complete the activation and have full access to the account?

You should be able to receive the text from Telus to confirm porting out. Put Telus sim in phone and reboot and maybe try resetting network settings too.
