Porting number

Hello,

 

I emailed public mobile regarding porting my number and it still has not happened. I have been waiting for a week with a ticket and a promise that somebody will contact me within 48 hours and I am still not able to receive and send any text to other providers. My wind mobile account is still open because they said they are not able to close the account becuase my number was not ported properly and by doing so I will loose my number. Please reply asap and resolve my problem.

Unfortunately, My number was not ported properly and I already sent a private message but still no reply. I have been waiting for close to 2 weeks and still nobody has contacted me regarding it.

The backlog is apparently about a week, so just keep using your Wind SIM until the port-in finishes. They were correct; do not close your Wind account.

 

Sadly there is no faster resolution.
