Hi Need help to port number from FIDO.
I got Voice Mail from Public mobile representative that i have to call FIDO to get my number reactivated so it can be ported to Public Mobile.
I contacted FIDO and now my number is good for porting.
Please can someone look into this and help me out??

Thanks for reaching us. We know this is very important for you, so let’s work on this.
Now that your FIDO account is active you can go with the port process into the Self Serve account,
Following the Steps below:
1.Click on Plan and add ons
2.Change phone number
3.Transfer a wireless or wireline number from another provider
4.Check to see if your phone number is eligible
You will required to have with you these information: FIDO Account Number FIDO PIN number
If additional help is required, do not hesitate to contact us via Private Message with detailed description of the issue.

@singhgp1985, now that your Fido account is active and your number is eligible to port, can you go into the self serve account and try it? If it does not work, then you will need moderator team assistance to complete the port. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. This will speed up problem resolution significantly.
