activated the plan but not working

I'm having a different issue, my account is suspended and I'm trying to pay with my credit card and it doesn't working, returning a error message that it was a problem with my credidt card, but I've tryed with 3 diffenrent cards and nothing. Help me please!!!

If you just want your current plan reactivated try dialing *611 to make the payment from your credit card on file. Reboot your phone once completed.
