Porting not complete after several days

Hello folks, seems as though the porting may not have completed after switching from Bell. It's been several days with being able to make calls but not receive calls or texts. Can you please send me the number I can call to trigger the porting process again?

After initiating porting you get assigned temporary number - that is why you Can call and send SMS but not receive  anything on your 'old' number.

Call provided number and explain situation. Live people will answer it.

Check your private messages, by tapping the little envelope icon upper right.

 

I would post it here, however Public Mobile 'frowns' upon that as too many users think it's a toll-free number to reach support agents - but it's not.
