Hi there,
I have actived the PM sim card with a new number, now i would like to port my Koodo number to Public mobile,
I tried to do it through the APP -> transfer ,,, it says connect with customer support
Please help

@Rish1 do you have a Koodo Prepaid account? or is the Koodo account still active?
