Porting my number from Koodo to Public

Hi there, 

I have actived the PM sim card with a new number, now i would like to port my Koodo number to Public mobile,

I tried to do it through the APP -> transfer ,,, it says connect with customer support

Please help

no, that is not a link for you to access, that is just to archive some redundant replies

for you, if you want to submit ticket and have trouble, best to message CS agent using this link instead:

@Rish1 do you have a Koodo Prepaid account? or is the Koodo account still active?

If you have a Prepaid account with Koodo, you will need support to assist with the porting:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
