Porting issue

I'm trying to port my number to koodo, I keep getting a text message for an answer yes or no.   After the 5th Yes, here I am, what could the issue be?

Someone sent me a pm that directed me to a customer support person, all resolved, it appear black friday over whelmed the porting service.

Out of curiosity how long have you been a pm customer? Do you have a points account or a $$ rewards account?

You need to contact koodo customer support for help porting to them or the telus porting department but they are closed for the day. Are you porting to koodo prepaid? If so only koodo customer support can help you.
