Ive been having issues porting my number over, I've filled out the request form, and no lock. its way pas the 30 mins quoted its been like 10 hours

You are talking to customers like yourself. PM texted you. So you will have to either send private message to agent or call number others provided.

Did you get a port confirmation text from your old carrier?
I will private message you the Telus porting phone number. Only used for porting issues.
