I've sent PM's to Shazia and Mary about this, but thought I'd post here too.
Received sim.
I changed my Koodo account email to a different email.
Activated my sim, requesting a new number.
Data, text, phone works.
When I log in and try to change my number, when I click to check eligibility, it goes to a page 'oh no' and tells me to log out & log back in. Thus, I can't port my number over. Looking for help.

Looks like it was a problem with the website. Worked now.
