Porting # from Virgin Mobile taking +16hrs with no service

Hello I have been waiting over 16+ hours and have now no service on either my old provider or on Public Mobile.

 

I have read many different approaches and solutions to this in the community here, can someone point me in the right direction?

If you haven't received your service yet with public mobile. There may have been a porting issue and you may have to talk with Virgin mobile to open your account again for a temporary time. It should work then.

@stefanthehuman, this maybe a stupid question have you checked if your phone is unlocked and compatible with public mobile?

 

if so, have your tried rebooting it?

 

have you tried turning off your phone, removing the SIM card, reinsert the SIM card, turn on the phone?

 

if you tried all of the above but nothing worked then please send a private message to the @CS_Agent as @mimmo suggessted above.

In your message send them:
1) account email address
2) PM phone number
3) explanation of what is happening
4) link to this thread if you want
5) if its a porting issue include your sim number, old account name and account number
