Good day,
I am trying to port from Chatr to Public Mobile.
March 26, I have initiated the porting process but never received the confirmation sms.
As of now I have two sim-card active: Chatr and Public Mobile with the same number, but for Public Mobile sim-card I can't call or receive the sms (data is working)
I contacted Chatr customer support and they advised me to contact Public Mobile CS to initiate another porting process from Public Mobile and then they will be able to confirm the porting from their side.
Kindly advise how to initiate another porting process?

You need to leave the Chatr SIM in your phone to receive the text from Chatr.
